The 30mm radius is a quarter of a circle and to create a large ovolo the wood needs to be placed on a 45 degree false bed or have the spindle tilted by 45 degrees. These cutters are designed to manufacture MDF or timber. The tungsten carbide tip will resist the heat generated when MDF or timber is cut better than steel, resulting in sharp blades for longer. This cutter is suitable for the 96 x 55mm and 125 x 55mm limiter heads.
