Profile Cutters

Multi-Profile Nosing Block w/ TC Tips & Backing Plates (MEC), designed and manufactured to produce stair treads, window boards or bar tops.

Features:

Cutter head equipped with Nosing Cutter TC Tips and Backing Plates (can be found in "spares" section).
Compatible with nosing cutter TC tips ranging from 22mm to 32mm, allowing you to easily replace tips without the need for a separate nosing cutter block (can be found in the "profile cutters" section).
Fitted with Tungsten Carbide (TC) tips for a smooth, clean finish with minimal finishing required.
Tool body in steel.
Other tooling can be also modified to fit CNC - please call with requirements.
