Transforms your lift & slide manufacturing into an easy and efficient process, providing accuracy, consistency and speed. This door tool set designed for spindle moulders comes with five different blocks which can be fitted together with ease.
Features:
- Door set can produce three different profiles; sliding sash bottom rail, sliding sash top rail and jamb side stile (lock side).
- The tooling features the same height and fence settings for all three profiles, enabling a single pass through your machine (Zero-set tooling).
- Includes tungsten carbide knives, which will give a clean finish so no sanding is required.
- Can work around existing machinery.
- Tool set can work with different ironmongery systems (contact us for more information).
- Available in 1 1/4 inch, 30 & 40mm bore for spindle moulder.
