Whitehill Nosing Head fitted with 12 - 32 mm TC cutters, designed and manufactured to produce stair treads, window boards or bar tops.

Each Nosing Head block is designed to accommodate a specific range of TC cutter sizes, which are sold separately. Please note that each block is fitted with one pair of cutters in a specific size. Here’s a breakdown of the available blocks and their compatible cutter sizes:

Block A: Compatible with 12, 13, & 14 mm TC cutters
Block B: Compatible with 15, 16, & 18 mm TC cutters
Block C: Compatible with 20, 22, & 23 mm TC cutters
Block D: Compatible with 25, 26, 27, & 28 mm TC cutters
Block E: Compatible with 30 & 32 mm TC cutters

Features:

Nosing head equipped with TC knives (can be found in "spares" section).
These TC knives are in tungsten carbide, which will give a clean finish so no sanding is required.
Can be fitted with different sized TC cutters (can be found in "profile cutters" section).
Suitable for spindle moulders with manual feed.
Tool body in steel or aluminium.
Available in 1¼ inch or 30mm bore for spindle moulder.
