Whitehill 30 mm Tenon Disc Cutter Heads are designed to fit Whitehill profiled cutters and limiters, as well as custom profiled cutters. To ensure maximum safety and performance, profiled knives and chip limiters should always be used in pairs to achieve precision and efficiency in your machining tasks.
This cutter head is designed to cut tenon profiles, can be used independently or in conjunction with another tenon disc (with a spacer between) for tenon thickness. Ideal for cutting square or profiled scribe.
Please Note: For max cutting circle add 50 mm cutter projection to disc diameter (ie. 125 mm dia tenon disc = 175 dia overall max cutting circle).
Features:
- Compatible with Whitehill A Blanks (30 x 55 x 6 mm thick).
- Can take profiled high speed-steel (HSS) and tungsten carbide-tipped (TCT) cutters.
- Comes equipped with two wedges and two steel packing supports (used for transport purposes only).
- Suitable for spindle moulders with manual feed.
- Tool body available in steel.
- Available in 1¼ inch, 30, 35 & 40mm bore for spindle moulder.
