Whitehill TC tipped 21 Seal Head is designed to cut a slot groove to fit 21 seal into rebate of door or window frame. Specific tool diameter allows this tool to run in conjunction with 125 diameter rebate head to cut rebate and groove in one pass. Grooving slots are machined on both sides of the tool so it can be mounted both on top and underneath of the rebate head.

Features:

Cutter head equipped with TC knives and spurs (can be found in "spares" section).
These TC knives and spurs are in tungsten carbide, which will give a clean finish so no sanding is required.
Groover tips available in 2.7 or 3mm.
Suitable for spindle moulders with manual feed.
Tool body available in steel.
Available in 1¼ inch & 30mm bore for spindle moulder.
