This is one of our favourite tools. We have designed this to be an essential tool for any workshop manufacturing kitchen doors. This zero-set tool makes creating and recreating the same doors in large quantities simple. A zero-set tool allows you to remove the moulding blocks from the spindle and place the scribe tools on without any adjustments increasing time efficiency.

Sets we offer:

When it comes to designing your kitchen, one of the important decisions you'll make is the style of your doors. With so many options out there, it can be overwhelming to choose the right one. That's why we're excited to offer a versatile tooling set that gives you the flexibility to create the look you want.

We offer both profiled and shaker door options for this tooling set, and even the ability to buy both sets to provide maximum flexibility offered to the end user.

With three different profile options to choose from: bevel, lambs tongue, and ovolo; our profiled kitchen door set is designed to provide maximum flexibility. Whether you're going for a classic or modern look, this set has got you covered.

If you're after a classic shaker door style, our shaker door set is the perfect choice. With two distinct profile options: square or open-V joints, you can create the look you want with ease.

We can also manufacture bespoke profile options if our standard cutter options are not what you are looking for, just send us an email or give us a call and a member of our team will be in contact with you.

Zero set tooling:

These tooling sets are classified as zero-set, implying that once the fences and spindle height are initially adjusted, they will remain in a fixed position, eliminating the need for subsequent adjustments during the machining process. This feature not only enhances productivity by reducing the time spent on setup and adjustments, but also ensures higher accuracy and precision in the finished product. By minimizing the risk of human error associated with frequent adjustments, these zero-set tooling sets enable users to focus on producing high-quality results, with greater confidence, accuracy, and consistency.

Easy to replace tips:

The tungsten carbide tips are designed for seamless replacement, with a proprietary one-way fitting mechanism that ensures precise alignment and consistent performance. This ensures that any replacement tips are securely fastened in the exact same position, guaranteeing a reliable and accurate cut. In the event that the spurs on the block need to be replaced, they can be easily sourced from our online store.

Additional features:

Other notable features of this set includes the adjustable groove and tenons to match panel sizes between 5 - 9mm. This set can also help create a wide range of door thickness which can be between 22 - 33mm.

This tooling can be highly customised depending on what your specific requirements are. While this tooling has been designed for spindle moulders and is MAN rated, we can also design and manufacture tools to fit CNC, Moulder and Tenoner setups and Vertonghen Kitchen Cell machines. We can also make bespoke fixed tooling, HSS or TCT cutters to fit in specific limiter heads for one-off or small production run, and even design a completely new system with a bespoke profile. All cutters from this set are suitable for a majority of wood types including MDF, timber, hard & softwoods.
