In addition to the extensive range of tooling on this website, Whitehill can produce Special Cutters in both HSS & TCT. We can design them to your wood samples, sketches or CAD drawings. Just fax, email, post or telephone the details to us and one of our specialists in the grinding department will design, draw and deliver your bespoke cutters to your specifications. Beyond grinding, we also provide Window Tooling. Mounted on sleeves for easy use, they’re all set and ready to go for both spindle moulders and tenoners. Storm proof, HP Flush, Traditional and IPA window designs are readily available. Nevertheless, tooling can be designed by our specialist team to your own window requirements.
Our Window Designs have British Woodworking Federation U-value Certification and comply with Part – Q security regulations. Come and visit us at our factory in Luton, Bedfordshire to see our extensive Window Display which showcases our extensive window tooling and industry expertise.
