Changing your mind - returning undamaged Items
If you change your mind and no longer want your purchased item, it or they must be in a saleable condition in order to obtain a refund. To return Goods to Us for any reason, please visit your order history to complete a returns form. Carriage charges for unwanted items will be at your own expense.
Transport packaging should be sufficient for the method of carriage. We cannot accept responsibility for damage caused by your carrier. Your return must be accompanied by a proof of purchase, name, address and telephone number.
There will be a 20% re-stocking fee which applies to all returned bespoke/ made-to-order products.The fee is calculated by the value of the product which is being returned.

Returning damaged or faulty goods
If any Goods you have purchased are faulty, you must give us written notice of the non-compliance within 7 working days of delivery. You must return the damaged Goods to Us and You must give Us a reasonable opportunity to examine the Goods in question.
